The key objective of Voluntary Reporting is to enhance aviation safety through the collection of reports on actual or potential safety deficiencies that would otherwise not be captured by mandatory reporting systems

Voluntary Reporting; It is an optional, non-punitive and confidential reporting system by TCI and is an integral part of our Safety Management System.

You can use the “Voluntary Reporting Form” when you obtain information that you think may increase aviation safety but has not been reported through one of the available channels, or if you want others to learn about any incident or danger and make use of this information, but want to hide your identity.
