Bilal Ekşi graduated from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. Throughout his professional career, he has held various senior positions at Turkish Airlines, Turkish Technic, Turkish Engine Center and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, gaining extensive technical and managerial experience across different areas of the aviation industry. After serving as Director General of Civil Aviation from 2011 to 2016, Ekşi was appointed General Manager of Turkish Airlines in 2016 and held this position until 2026. During his career, he has developed extensive experience in aviation operations, technical management and the administration of major aviation organizations. With his long-standing experience in the sector, Bilal Ekşi has served as Chairman of the Board of TCI Aircraft Interiors since 2024.

Atilla Coşkun graduated on the top of his faculty from the Department of Aeronautical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He began his professional career as a Systems Engineer at Turkish Airlines and subsequently held various management positions in airworthiness, reliability, fleet management and technical operations, gaining extensive experience in the technical and operational aspects of airline management. After serving as Chief Engineer and Fleet Management Manager at Turkish Technic Inc. Coşkun assumed senior responsibilities as Senior Vice President of Technical at Turkish Airlines from 2012. In this role, he was responsible for technical operations, maintenance, repair and modification, product selection, aircraft delivery processes and continuing airworthiness management. Following the merger of TCI, TSI and Cornea, Coşkun served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of TCI Aircraft Interiors. As of August 2026, he serves as General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of TCI Aircraft Interiors.

Murat Baş graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and completed his master's degree in Industrial Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. He began his career as a Business Analyst in the banking sector in 2003 and joined Turkish Airlines in 2005. In 2010, he was appointed Network Planning Manager, followed by his appointment as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Middle East and Cyprus in 2011. In 2014, he was appointed Head of Sales for Region 2. In 2015, he returned to the field of network and schedule planning as Senior Vice President of Production Planning, a position he held until 2022. He was subsequently appointed Head of Investment Management. Since August 2026, he has served as a Board Member of TCI Aircraft Interiors Inc.

Ömer Tayyip Çalışkan graduated from the Department of Systems Engineering at Yeditepe University and completed his master's degree in Control Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. He began his professional career in 2010 as a Planning Engineer at the Turkish Airlines Operations Center and subsequently held various management positions in maintenance planning, operations control and aircraft maintenance at Turkish Airlines and Turkish Technic Inc. Throughout these roles, Çalışkan worked on maintenance process optimization, operational efficiency and capacity development, gaining experience across key areas of airline technical operations and maintenance management. In 2021, he was appointed Deputy General Manager (Maintenance Operations) of Turkish Technic Inc., where he continued his responsibilities in the management of maintenance operations. He also serves as a Board Member of TCI Aircraft Interiors.

Dr. Halil Tokel holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University (ITU), master's degrees from Istanbul University and ITU, and a doctorate from Hacettepe University. He managed major aviation projects at the Undersecretariat for Defence Industries and the Prime Ministry (passenger aircraft, CASA transport aircraft and Cougar helicopter production). He served as Deputy General Manager at SunExpress, Turkish Airlines and TEMSAN, and held senior positions at Turkish Technic Inc. and TUSAŞ (Turkish Aerospace). He helped build a national aviation ecosystem through the OSTİM and SAHA defence and aerospace clusters. Abroad, he worked in Spain and France (aircraft and helicopter production) and in the United Kingdom (Council of Higher Education/YÖK project). He has taught at ITU, Istanbul University and OSTİM Technical University. He has also served on the boards of Ankara University Technopolis, the Turkish Aeronautical Association (THK, board of trustees), and TÖSHİD and DEİK business councils (Vice Chairman/Board Member for France, Spain, Sweden, Indonesia and Malaysia; still serving on the Malaysia council). As Founding General Manager of TCI Aircraft Interiors, he continues to serve on the company's Board.
