We organized the first workshop on the Safety Management System (SMS) in TCI’s Cabin production area, attended by our General Manager, managers, and workshop personnel.

Through this workshop, we took an important step toward sensitizing and raising the awareness of our workshop personnel and managers, who contribute to improving our safety performance. We shared ideas and conducted assessments by jointly addressing voluntary reporting, hazard identification, and risk analysis within our SMS processes.

Thanks to the cooperation and active participation of our team, we completed real case analyses of the workshop processes, further contributing to our SMS targets. At TCI, one of our main objectives is to continuously develop safer and more sustainable business processes and to advance our safety culture.
