Management Commitment and Responsibility
1. We commit that safety is our core value and priority, all managers and employess are responsible and
commited to the safety policy.
2. We develop proactive practices to improve safety standarts by complying with national and international rules and regulations.
Ensuring Necessary Resources and Continuous Improvement
3. We provide the necessary resources to effectively implement and promote our Safety Management System (SMS) throught the organization.
4. We support continuous improvement and regulary review practices across all functions related to our SMS and safety policy.
Just Safety Culture and Safety Promotion
5. We consider the principles of human factors while performing design, production, and maintenance activities.
6. We ensure that relevant notifications, reporting, data, and reviews are used solely to improve the SMS, per the principles of Just Culture.
7. We encourage all staff and stakeholders to report any occurrences and provide voluntary reports, errors, incidents, and hazard related to design, production and maintenance.
8. We actively manage safety and quality risks and transparently share the results with our employess.
