Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) commitments.
1.Protection of Health and Safety
TCI takes all necessary measures to prevent work-related hazards and risks, aims to create a healthy working environment, and strives for excellence in Occupational Health and Safety performance by ensuring a workplace free from accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases.
2.Compliance with Legal and Other Requirements
TCI ensures full compliance with national and international legal regulations, standards, and customer requirements related to Occupational Health and Safety; continuously monitors and updates them.
3.Risk Management and Emergency Preparedness
Identifies and assesses hazards/risks that may arise in all processes, and takes necessary measures to reduce these risks to acceptable levels. Develops emergency plans, conducts regular drills, and continuously updates these plans to ensure preparation for potential emergency cases. 4.Setting Goals and Continuous Improvement
Defines OHS objectives, provides the necessary resources to achieve them, and regularly monitors, measures, and reports progress. Reviews the OHS management system with the aim of continuous improvement
and targets enhanced performance by identifying and acting on improvement opportunities with a proactive approach.
5.Employee Engagement and Awareness Raising
Raises awareness of all employees/visitors on OHS issues and encourages their active participation. Ensures that OHS is the responsibility of all employees by supporting all stakeholders to openly share OHS notifications in line with the principle of "Just Culture".
6.Employee Engagement and Awareness Raising
Ensures that all processes comply with OHS standards by collaborating with all stakeholders.
7.Sustainability and Social Responsibility
Communicates the OHS policy to all employees and stakeholders and works to render OHS performance
sustainable and carry out the responsibilities to society.
